Almost everything with Judas paralleled when Jesus entered the city 200 years later… but not quite.

Earthly kingdoms are always focused on who is the top dog, the big cheese.
Lk 22:25 Jesus said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them; and those who exercise authority over them call themselves Benefactors.
Lk 22:26 But you are not to be like that. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves.
Lk 22:27 For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves? Is it not the one who is at the table? But I am among you as one who serves.”
Jesus came to be a servant.
Phil 2:7 (Jesus) made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
Lk 19:10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost.”
Easter Reflection
Palm Sunday reminds us the savior is here.
When did Jesus first show up in your life?
Good Friday tells us the savior died to save us from death.
What is something that Jesus has saved you from?
Easter Sunday tells us the savior saved us for life.
What is something Jesus has saved you for?
Take some time his week, think of when the suffering servant revealed himself to you.
1Jn 4:14,15 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God.
